Located at 2120 Lincoln Highway, Edison, NJ, this project was acquired in July of 2011 for $4,600,000 and NY Urban contributed equity and financed the acquisition with debt. The project immediately started to fill up with national tenants including 7-11, Geico, Entenmann's, Verizon and Enterprise rent a car. In the fall of 2016 Aldi's will open up a grocer at the property, and after they take occupancy the property should be conservatively values at $10,000,000.

Located at 1510 Route 23 North, Butler, NJ, this project was acquired in December of 2013 for $15,100,000 and NY Urban contributed equity and financed the acquisition with debt. The aquisition was a strategic purchse from the standpoint that the purchase price was conservative due to expiring leases and required rehabilitation. National tenants have been taking spaces as leases roll and when complete the project should be worth in excess of $20,500,000.
